Nice products, slow support
I purchased an embroidered cushion cover and it looks really nice on my sofa. The fabric feels high quality and the stitching is well done. Delivery to Glasgow was fairly quick, about 5 days. My only minor complaint is that I had a question about tracking the order, and it took almost two days for customer support to get back to me. Not a huge deal since it arrived eventually, but a faster response would have been better. Good value for the money, though.
